Dr Khalid Ghanim Al-Ali is Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Environment and Natural Reserves. He has a BSc in Atmospheric Science from Missouri State University, US, gained in 1985. Continuing at Missouri State University, he gained a MSc in Atmospheric Science in 1993.
